Position Overview
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment and configuration of the IntellaQuest platform for new and existing clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their QMS/EHS workflows and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions. Acting as both a consultant and project manager, you will translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans and drive execution with cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client implementations of the IntellaQuest QMS/EHS platform, ensuring successful onboarding and system adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze client requirements and business processes to configure solutions that align with their quality and compliance goals.
- Create detailed and structured implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate and execute data migration and integration activities, including pre-validation and post-import reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to communicate client needs and prioritize enhancements.
- Identify and document software issues or bugs encountered during implementation and support resolution efforts.
- Develop and conduct validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Provide client training and ongoing support during and after implementation.
- Monitor implementation KPIs and customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
- Stay current on new platform features and regulatory trends in QMS and EHS.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, QMS, or EHS roles, ideally in regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Hands-on experience with ISO and industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with cloud-based applications and virtual collaboration tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with QMS/EHS software platforms
- Experience in a SaaS company or technical implementation role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools.
