Position Overview
As the Channel Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy by establishing, nurturing, and managing a network of Quality, EHS, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are influential auditors, part of auditing/quality associations, and active members of professional communities. You will collaborate closely with these professionals across various industries to leverage their expertise in promoting and selling our software platform. By building strong relationships and utilizing their networks, you will drive business expansion and increase sales, contributing directly to our continued success. This role is on a part-time basis and reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified Quality, EHS, and SME partners, ensuring they align with our company’s values and objectives.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies, co-create content, attend industry events/conferences/trade-shows and plan activities that effectively promote our software platform.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our software and integrate it into their solutions.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and assist in sales efforts, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to measure the success of the partnership program.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor partnership strategies accordingly.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners to enhance our software offerings, improve partner experience, and refine the overall partner program.
- Networking: Leverage your existing network and actively expand it within the Quality, EHS, and related domains, establishing yourself as a respected figure in the field.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Quality Management, EHS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Quality Management or EHS Management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in partner/channel management, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Health and Safety, and related industry standards.
- Established network of industry professionals, auditors, and associations in the US and Europe in the QMS and EHS industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote and flexible work environment.
- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and collaboration tools.
- Travel availability as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
